Full payment is required for the following conditions. Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No show or missed appointment. Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment At Holistic Bodywork Waco, we view every appointment as a dedicated time set aside just for you. When you book a session, we reserve that space exclusively — preparing the room, setting aside the time, and ensuring your therapist is ready to support you. When appointments are canceled at the last minute, it becomes very difficult for us to fill that space. This not only affects your therapist’s income, but also prevents another client from receiving care they may need. Our 24-hour cancellation policy is rooted in: Respect for your time – your appointment is honored and waiting for you. Respect for our therapists’ time and livelihood – they are reserving that time just for you. Respect for our community – open spaces can be offered to others when notice is given. By honoring this policy, we can continue to provide consistent, reliable, and accessible care for all.

Franci Carter
I’m Franci Carter, a Licensed Massage Therapist and co-founder of Holistic Bodywork Waco. My journey as a massage therapist began at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in 2013, where I fell in love with understanding how the body moves, heals, and restores balance. Over the years, I’ve specialized in myofascial release, neuromuscular feedback, and structural integration — all grounded in a deep respect for how the body heals and adapts. Each session is an opportunity to listen to your body’s unique story and support its natural capacity for recovery and renewal. My passion is working with people who want to improve their physical health, reduce pain, restore mobility, and manage stress holistically. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating a life transition, or simply seeking a reset from the demands of daily life, I focus on thoughtful, targeted bodywork that helps you feel grounded, relaxed, and fully present in your body. I began this work out of a calling to help people become better versions of themselves — to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and resilience. I’m so glad you found Holistic Bodywork Waco! My lifelong passion for wellness began early in life. Growing up as a military brat with active parents who embraced life with enthusiasm instilled in me a deep appreciation for movement, resilience, and overall wellbeing. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Houston and went on to work as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. As my interest in holistic and alternative approaches to healing grew, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, Balanced Athlete® certifications, and Reiki practitioner training. After many years of teaching yoga and serving on faculty at my yoga school, I expanded my professional scope to include becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (MT136648), with additional certifications in Lymphatic Drainage and Thai Yoga Massage. I am especially passionate about myofascial release, functional breathing, movement therapy, mobility, and holistic healing. My intention is to provide sessions that are both deeply restorative and thoughtfully supportive of each client’s individual needs. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering at my kids’ sporting events, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and attending live music performances.
